Terms & Conditions.

• Before we can perform any colouring services on new clients (or existing clients that have not previously had a colour) we require you attend a consultation at least 48 hours prior to making an appointment.

• During the consultation a member of our team will carry out a skin test to ensure you have no reaction to our products.

• We will discuss how to achieve your desired results and we may take a strand test to ensure results are achievable whilst maintaining your hairs integrity.

• We will not be able to book a colour appointment for you until we have carried out these tests.

• We may not be able to book a colour service for you at all if we feel it would be detrimental to your hairs integrity.

• We will however, ensure you leave with our knowledge and recommendations for how to achieve your desired results in the long term.

• We reserve the right to cancel any appointments made without first attending a consultation.
