Cancellation
We reserve the right to charge a 50% non-refundable booking fee for all our services.
We ask that, where possible, clients give us as much notice as possible when cancelling their appointments. So that we can offer those times to other clients.
Individual stylists may have their own cancellation policy. Please check with your stylist.
If appointments are cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice, no fee is charged. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations on the day are classed as a no-show.
No-Show
If for any reason you are unable to make your appointment, we kindly ask that you let us know as soon as possible. We understand that sometimes things happen that prevent clients from being able to make their appointment but if you fail to attend an appointment without letting us know, either before or after the appointment, we reserve the right to charge the full service amount and cancel any future appointments and new bookings.
Late Arrivals
When clients arrive late it can put a lot of pressure on the stylist, it also has a knock-on effect for all other clients that day. If you are more than fifteen minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment if necessary.
