With over 18 years experience in the industry, Lou’s career began at Ken Picton Salon where she trained and worked for almost 10 years.  Working her way up to an Assistant Director, She got involved in shows with her team and benefited from lots of opportunities and training. From there she spent 4 years running a busy column of clients at Blush salon and continued to learn new skills and colour techniques.
