Terri-Marie - Salon Owner

Terri has more than 15 years experience working as a stylist, gaining many hairdressing qualifications and engaging in lots of industry training. Terri has worked in various salons across Cardiff before becoming a qualified NVQ Assessor. As an assessor, Terri spent a number of years training and assessing young hairdressers all over Cardiff and working towards her PCET teacher training qualification. Whilst working alongside her now business partner Sarah for an established training provider they decided to open indigo and to use their combined knowledge and experience to train their own staff, build a successful business and offer excellent training to their team.

Sarah - Salon Owner

Sarah has more than 16 years experience and has also become highly qualified across the hairdressing industry, as well as at management level. Sarah has worked in a number of Cardiff salons as a senior stylist before becoming an NVQ Assessor in the South Wales area, assessing and training young stylists and achieving her teaching qualification PCET. It was whilst working as an assessor that Terri and Sarah decide to open indigo.

Shaunna - Hair Stylist

Shaunna has now worked with us for over 4 years and has achieved her NVQ level 3 in Hairdressing. Shaunna has also engaged in lots of industry training and has gained an additional qualification and accreditation from HABIA in the application of Hair Extensions. Shaunna currently works as a graduate Stylist within the salon.
